Christine said when she got her vehicle back from this business the safety light was still on, there was no front end alignment done even though there was front end damage to her vehicle, and there was a recall on her vehicle that was not taken care of. She said the representative she was working with at this facility was great, but the repair that was done at this visit was not as good quality as it has been before.

I called Mrs. Burke regarding her concerns, she express that the check engine and tps sesor lights  where on on her vehicle and unfortunely the advisor for this visit did'nt mention anything which he should haved done so which mention to him, regarding the recall unfortunely it wasnt mention to us, customer is returning to us to check out the alignment.
