Carolyn said this business was very efficient and helpful. She suggested they could have called her more with status reports, because she had to make most of the calls. Paul was the person who helped her with almost everything, he would leave her messages, and he returned her calls. She mentioned Paul was wonderful. After she picked up her vehicle she noticed the airbag light was on, but she didn't call this business right away about the light. When she did call Paul, he scheduled an appointment for her, and dealt with her insurance to reopen the claim, adding Paul handled this nicely. She noted aside from the above issues everything was wonderful. She remarked she was very pleased with this business. She concluded this buisness was professional and honest.
