Lorane said she had to contact this business every time she had a question about her vehicle's service instead of them contacting her. Her vehicle is never going to be the same but it looks great. She was not really kept updated. An employee only contacted her once about when to drop off and pick up her vehicle three weeks later. He answered each time she called and everything else with her experience was great.
