Christina said there was a miscommunication and she was told the insurance company had already paid this business, but then they called her to tell her that she owed them a huge about of money. She said she had to play phone tag with this business and the insurance company and it was a pain to get everything figured out.

On this claim the insurance adjuster told both the customer as well as the shop the check was issued to the shop. When the vehicle was ready payment had not been received so we had to call the insurance company to verify payment status. At that time we were told the payment had not been issued and was then issued to us that day.
