Lorraine said the employees were very professional and she was greeted perfectly when she arrived. She said the employees were waiting with the red carpet rolled out as soon as she pulled up to the business thanks to the insurance company, but she chose not to elaborate. She has a 9-year-old vehicle and they did an impeccable job with the paint. She said the vehicle looks brand new. She said when she spoke with Michelle over the phone she could not explain the work well enough, so she asked her to come in and receive the explanation in person. When she arrived Michelle provided her with safety glasses and spoke with her without any issues regarding her repair service. She had never been in an accident before and she was glad the insurance company recommended the business to her. She said in the future this business will be her first choice for vehicle repairs. She said Michelle was sweet and very knowledgeable, she knew with only one look what repairs the vehicle needed. Michelle was really smart, nice, and on point. She really cared and she treated her vehicle like it was brand new.
