Mary said Michelle was fabulous to work with she went above and beyond. She was very knowledgeable, patient and her customer service is great. Mary said the facility is lucky to have her and she deserves to have a raise. If there is some way the facility could let a person leaving a vehicle for repairs an approximate time for the repair to be completed before the vehicle is taken apart for a through inspection would be helpful when they do not have insurance which covers the use of a rental vehicle.
