Shavel said the communication was war poor. They never communicated with him. He had to be the one to contact them. He contacted them and asked when his vehicle would be ready and they told him it would be ready on Thursday. When Thursday came around, he did not hear anything from them for another week. They finally contacted him and told him his vehicle was ready. He has no idea why they were a weak late. Since they contacted him out of the blue, he was in no position to pick up his vehicle, so he had to wait a couple of extra days until he could pick up his vehicle. When he finally did pick the vehicle up, a couple of lights were on, so he had to wait for them to come out and reset the lights. Since the lights were lit, he had to spend some extra time driving around to make sure the lights would not come back on. Their work seems to be okay but because of the lights he is unsure about the work they did underneath the body.
