Armands said he dealt with Steve and he told him at 60 miles per hour the side of the vehicle was hit and he asked him to do a wheel alignment on the vehicle. When he picked up his vehicle he had to go on the highway for a short while and he notice his vehicle was vibrating, which it wasn't doing that before the accident. He called them back and asked them to perform a diagnostic test and they told him that he will be reasonable for the payment on the diagnoses. His vehicle still shakes when it reaches 60 miles per hour and he thought they would have taken it back to make sure that the wheels are actually aligned, He said they had his vehicle for 2 weeks and he did most of the contacting. He was never given a promise date on when his vehicle would be ready. Steve told him that they had to perform additional work underneath the side door they had to remodel the door panel.
