Sandra said the representatives at this facility were lovely people, very nice and upbeat. She mentioned that after she picked up her vehicle at this facility she was unable to start it. She had to call Triple A and when they showed up, the vehicle started. A while later the vehicle wouldn't start again and she had a maintenance worker from her place of employment look at her vehicle. It was obvious that the battery cables had not been tightened down and the hose was not attached to the windshield wiper compartment. It seemed to Sandra that this facility did not do a final check on her vehicle before returning it to her. She also had requested to have her 35,000 mile maintenance check done at the same time as the vehicle was at this facility for 3 and a half weeks. When she picked up her vehicle she was told that they forgot to do the 35,000 mile maintenance check. She has not had the vehicle long enough to judge to quality of the repair. This establishment offered her no promise date when her vehicle would be finished. She would not refer this business to others because of the reasons stated.
