George said there was a chip in the paint on his bumper. His vehicle was three weeks late, but did not know why. He would not recommend this business because he was charged for a month of having the rental vehicle, and he was told he would only be charged for a week.

Shop Manager picked up clients vehicle on 8/19/2011 at the Travelers Insurance drive in, in Dedham MA. The total cost of repairs including the supplement was 4354.00 and took a total of 14 working days, the computer generated a due date of 9/14/2011 and the work was completed on 9/08/2011. The communication from the shop was directly with Lucy Maroun. Shop service adviser confirmed with Enterprise that the rental was covered by Travelers per there policy of 30.00 dollars per day and that the owner was charged the difference because they rented a vehicle that was 41.74 dollars per day, they were also charged 1 full day because they picked there vehicle up on 9/09/2011 a day late. Shop contacted Lucy to see when she could come by so we can look at the paint issue with the rear bumper that was replaced so we can fix what ever is wrong with it.
