Presceia said the customer service was great. She said while she was driving home in a storm she noticed that her heat wasn't working and she was freezing. She had to drive all the way back to have them fix it. She had to wait at the business for two and a half hours so they could find out why her heat was not working. She said her vehicle was ready on Thursday, but she was not able to pick it up because of the bad weather. She picked the vehicle up on Friday and she had to take it back because of the problem with her heat. She is not sure if anything else is wrong with her vehicle because she only just got it back.
