Jacqueline said this time she had repairs, Bob at this business messed up the amount she was to pay on her deductible. It took an entire week for this business to refund her $200. This messed up her auto pay bills that automatically come out of her bank account. It took this business an additional week to finish the repairs because they had to order additional parts. She said she thought over 3 weeks to repair her vehicle was outrageous. She can hear a rattling noise when she drives her vehicle. She would not recommend this business to others because of these reasons. This business had done some repairs to her vehicle a few months earlier and had it repaired in a timely manner with no problems.

Regarding this customer, we were initially told that she had a $500.00 deductible by her insurance company so that is what she was charged. We later found out her deductible was only $300.00. At the time this was found out the advisor who handled her vehicle was out of the office for a few days on vacation. The day he returned he contacted Jacqueline and processed her refund for the $200.00. As far as the repair time, this claim came out to a total of $5000.00. The time frame does suit the amount of repairs needed as well as adding in waiting time for the insurance to come out for the supplemental damages.
