Laura said she was happy the repair service was completed in a quick, timely manner. The representative she primarily worked with regarding her repair service was great. There is 1 ongoing issue regarding a popping noise whenever she closes the trunk door. The noise issue was not there before the repair service. Laura mentioned the staff advised her it was not an issue, but she said she felt something was not completed right. It was not a big deal.
