Jia said he has been going to this business for 5 years. They can do an excellent job but he has had to take the vehicle back because they did not do it properly the first time. He said he will take his vehicle back a second time on this occasion but will not go back in the future because he does not have time for them to get it right if it takes more than once. He would not recommend them because of his experience. He added they should make sure they get it right the first time.

Mr. Chen had already returned to us to have this taken care of. The aftermarket bumper cover the insurance company mandated that we put on needed an adjustment. The adjustment has now been done and this customer is completely satisfied.
