Joseph said he was not satisfied with the body work because the bumper they replaced has chips on it, the chrome is coming off. It took 3 to 4 days longer than the promised set date because they ordered the wrong fender 3 times.

We are regulated by the insurance company to use aftermarket parts, which are not factory parts, they do not always fit as well and they do have flaws. Unfortunatley, in this situation the insurance company would only allow an aftermarket part instead of a factory one. However if this customer wants, we are able to go back to the insurance company with his concerns and see if they will authorize us to redo this work with a factory part.
