Renalda said the vehicle was put together very well, except she does have one concern. The driver's side door is harder to close, and they have to slam it to close it properly. She has not spoken with a representative regarding the issue. However, her husband plans on calling the business at his earliest convenience. Everything else regarding the repair service was good, it was very nice. The staff was good, and they performed a good job. Although the vehicle was ready when promised, the representative failed to call them to let them know their repair service was completed. As a result, it was three days late. Renalda stated the claim was covered by the third party insurance carrier. However for some reason, they still had to pay half of the rental coverage for the responsible party.
