Humaria said he has been to the business in the past and received awesome service from them but that was not the case this time. There was a dent in his door which was not there when he dropped off the vehicle. They told him it was there before he dropped it off and they would not repair it. Their customer service was poor because they did not accept responsibility for their actions. He would not refer them and will never go back for the reasons previously stated. If someone tells him they are considering taking their vehicle to the business, he will try to talk them out of it.

This customer is referring to damage from a previous parking lot incident and not to the damage in the rear that we repaired from the accident they were involved in. The insurance company would not allow us to repair this damage as it was not from the same incident. The owner had someone else touch this up previously to bringing the car to us.
