Melissa said that the staff at this business was very helpful. She had to wait a month to get her vehicle back, which was a week longer than promised. The delay was due mostly to the insurance company. It would be nice if they reviewed the cost of everything with her even though they were billing the insurance and not her. It was very easy to rent a vehicle here.
