Jean said they were pleasant and courteous. The work they did was timely and they explained everything when she picked the vehicle up. She was completely satisfied with the quality of the repairs. She said she does not understand why the vehicle cannot be waxed for two months because of the process for the paint job. She said her son had collision work done and he told her that if the paint is cured properly it should be ready to go right off the lot. The customer service was excellent. She said it was 98 degrees in the shade the week they had the vehicle, but there were no delays and she appreciated it. Her vehicle was brand new and only a couple of months old. They did a terrific job.
