Gentian said he rated 4 on his overall experience because his vehicle was at the facility 7 days and he was expecting it sooner. They were waiting for parts, and on Friday they said they were waiting for the insurance company to call back, so instead of Wednesday his vehicle was ready on Monday. It was only 2 business days late, but including Thanksgiving and the weekend, it was 5 calendar days.
