May said her service advisor was sick for a week and she did not see him and someone else had to take care of her. She had to sit and wait for someone to call her because she did not know who was taking care of her after her service advisor got sick and she wanted to be updated everyday. There was no promised time for her vehicle to be ready. She wishes that the business would have coordinated better so the customers do not have to worry about the updates and the rental vehicles.

Unfortunatley one of our advisors came down with an illness that prevented him from coming into work for several days. This customer's vehicle was switched to a different service advisor at that time. Our records indicate that the customer was called every other day. There was no promised time given on her repairs since at the time of drop off we were aware of additional damage right away that the insurance company would have to come back out on. It is difficult to give a promise time when so many factors come into play as far as getting the insurance companies back out.
