Spoke with Alan. He said when they were signing papers to get a rental car the employee was being disrespectful. Also Alan did not rate the quality of the repair higher because he felt something was off on his mileage but he is unsure what is wrong with the vehicle. His vehicle was not ready when promised it was a week late, and he is unsure why. For these reasons he would not recommend this business to others.

On this customer it seems his issue is with a rental employee and not a collision center employee. We are unsure what issues he is having with his mileage, however that would be an issue for the service department and not one related to the accident and pertinant to the body shop.
