Talia said she was not told when the vehicle would be ready. They called her close to 5:30 in the evening and told her the vehicle was ready to be picked up. It was late in the evening it was too late to return the rental vehicle, so she was charged for keeping the rental overnight. She had not been informed that the rental needed to be returned to the rental agency before she picked up her vehicle and they would give her a ride back to the facility. She would not recommend this business for the above reasons.
