Jane said they kept her informed while her vehicle took a long time to get back. They found damage that the drive through claim service hadn't found. They dealt with the insurance company. Once she was given a promised time, it was ready in that week's time. The lady who was there when she picked up her vehicle was helpful in describing the work done. This was a good experience. The staff dropped her off and picked her up for the rental vehicle.
