Jennifer said when she first walked into this business she was ready to meet the representative that helped her over the phone. She was amazing but she wasn't available. She spoke with a gentleman that wasn't friendly and didn't help her very much. He was inconvenient by sending her to get the mileage from the vehicle. This was frustrating because she is going to them for help and he didn't do a very good job helping her. This just didn't seem right. This is not the service she usually gets from them. It's not enough to be going through an accident but then she had to deal with an employee who wasn't professional. She finally got to work with the representative she talked to on the phone. She worked with her and made things easy.
