Karleen said she is very upset that the mirror was cracked on her vehicle and then they ordered another piece of glass. They just stuck it on the glass that was already cracked, so it was delayed for a few more days.

On this vehicle a used mirror was ordered.  When this mirror came in the glass was cracked.  We had to order a new piece for her which is what caused the delay.
