Lisa said she had to bring the vehicle back because the clip broke and the bumper was separating from the fender. Also, the vehicle will never look as good as it did before because they had to use after market parts. The vehicle was four days later than promised because of a snow storm and the holidays, but she stated she understood because it was not their fault.
