Spoke with Emma's son. He said Tom, the person with whom he scheduled an appointment, stayed alone at work on a Saturday in order to get all of the vehicle's information, which he appreciated. Bob was the person who helped him with everything after he dropped off his vehicle. The entire procedure was explained to him, and he got his vehicle back exactly when they said he would. This business has very good customer service and made him comfortable. The vehicle was dirty when he dropped it off, and he appreciated it being clean when he picked it up.
