Micheline said she had to take the vehicle back because things were falling off. She did not elaborate on what things were falling off but said there was a fuse out. They originally told her it would take 2 to 3 weeks and they kept calling saying one more week until it took 6 weeks. They told her the inspector needed to come back in. In the meantime she had to deal with the rental vehicle. After $18,000 in repairs she asked to have her oil changed while it was there. Most places would charge $30 but they charged $99 for the oil change. She decided to trade the vehicle in for a new vehicle so she went to the sales department of the business. The salesman and manager were like wolves taking advantage of her because she was a woman. When they were dealing with a man it was quite different. They were very respectful to the men. She said it was a big mistake not taking her vehicle to an independent auto body instead of the business she purchased the vehicle from. She would not recommend this business to others for the reasons mentioned.
