Ralph said he was satisfied with the quality of the repairs. He called while the repairs were being done to let them know the hitch was bent. They told him it was not. When he got his vehicle back and looked under the bike rack, the hitch was bent. He has waited about 10 days for a call from them to let him know the ordered hitch has come in.
