Jay said he was told he would get his vehicle back between five to seven days, but got it back in two weeks. Had he not gone down to this business to complain about how long the repairs were taking he stated he believes they would have kept his vehicle longer than they did. He had to pay for the rental out of pocket, and mentioned his gut tells him they kept his vehicle longer because they were greasing the palms of Hertz Rental, down the street from them. This business told him they were delayed because his insurance had to return to them to okay a couple of parts they neglected to add to the estimate. When he spoke with his insurance about the delay they agreed this business had his vehicle too long for the damage they had to repair. He has to call Michelle, this business's manager, because the alignment is off, and his vehicle veers to the left. He did not get his vehicle back on time because of the above issues. Even though Michelle was pleasant to deal with all the time, he mentioned he did not think this business pushed to get his vehicle back to him earlier than they did. He will not refer this business to others because other businesses could have done the work in a timelier manner.
