Giulia said she went to this business in March to get the left side mirror replaced on her vehicle. When the part came in, it was the wrong side. Another part came in and it was a gray color instead of black. She was told that they got permission to order a new mirror instead of used. She said everybody was great and pleasant, but it was difficult getting the mirror. She said Bob M., a former employee at this business, was super and the service was good. She did say they treated her well in person. They promised her vehicle to be ready in a week but it ended up being months due to a parts delay. She said one of the women there was extremely helpful.
