Karen said it took awhile for her to get her vehicle more than 2 weeks and she did not know why. She had to call quite a few times to find out when her vehicle would be done. The customer service was fair and when she rented a vehicle from Hertz and brought it back to the business, she was told that no one from Hertz was there but someone from there did pick it up. She said she was hit from behind and the air bag was damaged. She said that she hopes the business improves on their customer service and expediting of vehicle repairs.
