Sally said the man she was originally dealing with had gone on vacation when she went to retrieve her vehicle and she still had some questions for him. She was not completely satisfied with the way she was treated because the substitute for her original representative seemed a little rushed. Her vehicle was ready the day they promised but she did not expect it to take the whole day.
