Elmer said he was not given a promised time for when his vehicle would be ready, but he thought it was done in a reasonable time. He has to take it back because one side of the bumper is loose. It is missing screws. He has not yet contacted the business about it. If he did not have to take it back for the screws in the bumper he would have given them the top rating. It is a good business.
