Kathleen said Duane, her adjuster, and Christa, who helped her with everything else, did a great job. She stated she's so glad she brought her vehicle to this business for repairs even though they're far away from her, because the damage was more extensive than she realized. She got her vehicle back late because of the additional damage they found, and she can't estimate how long the delay was. Kathleen mentioned their communication was excellent, they called her with updates, and they were very nice people. She remarked her vehicle looks beautiful, brand new, better than it looked prior to the accident. Kathleen commented this business didn't jerk her around, everyone was friendly, and they made her experience enjoyable. She added, they did a top notch job, and not only would she recommend this business to others, she would tell anyone with a Toyota they would be crazy not to go to this business for repairs.
