Ionela said the repair took too long and she was charged too much for the repair. It was to take 2 weeks but took 3 weeks. She stated the part had to come from California, which makes it an inefficient process She was not mistreated by the personnel, but she was unhappy that she had to do the follow up calls. She stated she would not recommend this facility for the reasons mentioned and would give a warning to potential customers to beware that it may take longer than estimated and the customer may charged more for the labor. She stated she felt someone at the business should either review the bill or have a set number of hours for a procedure because it seemed as though hours were added while the vehicle was sitting waiting for the next step.
