Pamela said she was very pleased with the expeditious way the problems with her vehicle were taken care of and rectified by this business. She said she told the employee at the front desk that she would need to be taken home. The employee told her that would be fine and implied that the shuttle would pick her up and take her home. Ninety minutes later, another employee noticed she was still sitting in the waiting room, and she told them she was waiting to get a ride home. They then informed her they do not give rides home at this business. She said she was also assured she would be able to get taken home when she set the appointment up. They did end up finding someone to take her home. Her vehicle was not ready when promised because they found unspecified additional issues with her vehicle, but it was ready the next day.
