Barbara said the insurance company was supposed to pay for the rental vehicle, but the business did not pass the information along to the rental company. When she turned in the vehicle, they said they had no record of it. She had to pay $440.00 out of pocket and is trying to get the reimbursement from the insurance company. They also did not inform the rental company she would have to be transported to the business after she turned in the vehicle. Bruce was very nice and responded to her calls.
