Sean said he rated the way he was treated by the business a 2.5 because he didn?t like the fact that the customer has to speak with their assigned estimator and if they aren?t available, then they have to come back when they are available. His vehicle was ready 1 or 2 days past the time it was promised, because they were backed up with work. He wouldn?t refer this business to his friends and family for the same reasons mentioned and because his previous experience was horrible, but he didn?t elaborate. He didn?t know why he made the decision to come back to the business when his last experience wasn?t a good one, but he doubts that he will be returning.

Since we are a very large shop we have 7 different service advisors who will handle customer vehicles. Each advisor will handle their own vehicles. When customers call in we do ask that they speak with the individual advisor as they are the person most familiar with their repairs. Each advisor has their own phone number with voicemail. If a customer calls in and is able to reach them, if a voicemail is left the owner is called back the same business day.
