Mohanraj said he rated his overall experience with the business a 3 instead of a 5 because before the repair his sensor was good but after his sensor was not effective and his tire pressure was not proper and his vehicle was vibrating. He rated the quality of the repair a 7 instead of a 10 because of the reasons already stated. There was no promised time for his vehicle to be ready. He would not refer this business to friends or family because of the reasons already stated.

At the time of delivery back to the owner the sensor was working properly. This vehicle was driven appx 100 miles before the sensor was inoperative. When this vehicle went through the final QI process the sensor was working and we were unable to know that this problem would occur.
