Cindy said it was great, but it took 6 days for them to get back to her after it was in the yard. Cindy said no time was promised, but that wasn't derogatory, and she didn't think that was their fault. There was just a lot of damage and waiting for parts to arrive. She was told it would be ready after the 4th of July, and it was ready July 6th. Her vehicle was clean, but she didn't think the detail company they sent it out to did as good as they could have. There were still stains on the carpet so it didn't look like it had before. Jim was fantastic. He kept her updated with the status, he was very informative, he answered all her questions, and he let her know if anything was wrong this business would remedy it. She's used this business 4 different times, and she'll use them again.
