"Responsive and honest."
I brought my car in with an electrical problem which they identified and probably could have fixed it, but they kindly told me it would most likely be covered under warranty, which I had not thought of, and they billed me for only a fraction of the hour they could have charged. They were correct,the dealer fixed it under warranty but I will return to Bourne's when needed for sure. Many thanks!

I mistakenly arrived an hour early for a scheduled inspection. Renee was able to move some things around and do the inspection early while I waited. Can't ask for better service

"Outstanding service and friendliness."
I came in early without an appointment and was prepared to leave my vehicle for the day. They not only fit me into their apparently busy schedule, they did so almost immediately. The gal at the service desk was very friendly and kept me updated re: cost and time estimates. The mechanic found that the main issue I was having looked at had been misdiagnosed by another mechanic, and the difference in part and labor saved me over $100. He also advised me about a couple of other issues -- stuff I thought needed fixing that might not -- which was also very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone in the area needing automotive repair.
