After scheduling an appointment by phone with Mr. Robin Alonso, he was immediately available to help me upon my arrival. He meticulously went over every aspect of the work to be done and quoted an estimate of the cost while checking out my vehicle. He offered to arrange a shuttle ride home which I declined. Instead I waited in a lovely waiting room where I watched some TV, read, and enjoyed a cup of excellent complimentary coffee. I've already shared my experience (my first but certainly not my last) with several friends.
