"GREAT SERVICE EXPERIENCE! "
Dealer reps are knowledgeable about the mechanical aspects of my car, and unlike other dealers I have had bad experiences with, THIS dealer DOES NOT hesitate to do warranty work. LOVE IT! There's fresh coffee in the waiting area and the chairs are actually COMFORTABLE.

"Great service from Mario"
Mario has become a "known quantity." He has great customer service skills. But he also doesn't give you a list of costly "services" that make you wonder how sincere he is. So when he says I need a service, I trust that he's sincere. He's kicked auto service department credibility up several notches. I wish other service advisors used the same approach. Then they wouldn't have to worry about making as much money for the department; the customers would gladly spend it. Great service model, Mario. Can you bottle it and sell it?
