"Oil change two Hours REALLY "
I came in to get an oil change and still want to know why it took two hours for that next time , I will have to make sure I have nothing to do all day because that is how the service is all day .

"Mixed emotions"

Additionally when going on the highway the doors sounds as if the windows are cracked letting in wind and I keep writing and leaving messages about my issues and its as if nobody cares. The only reason I was there was due to the recall and even for that I just had to show up I tried writing and calling to make arrangements and got nowhere.

"Friendly Service"
The service is hit or miss; my last visit left me missing part of my intake which was left off at the service center (most likely an accident) and not a call or email to say hey we have part of your car we forgot to put back in. Recent oil change was completed well...given an hour to hour and half wait time...three hours later I was done. The employees are nice and courteous. It seems when I make an appointment online the comments/service needs aren't looked at or seen.

"Terrible dealership "
The manager does not take responsibility for problems nor does he address or fix them. Staff does not care. Service is not taken seriously and done sloppily.

"Average Service"
Car was needed overnight. Had to keep calling to get feedback on when car was ready. No loaner car was provided and left me with needing to get alternative arrangements for the next day at the end of the day. Car wasn't ready when promised and had to wait another 1.5 hour for it to be completed on a service that was several hundred dollars.

"Can the car care inspection form be trusted for validity?"
I was satisfied with my 60,000 mile service, plus extra items. However, just a week before I had installed brand new cabin and engine air filters. So I was quite surprised to see both items marked on the car care inspection form under Yellow. Wouldn't brand new be Green? This tells me they weren't even looked at, so can I trust that all the other items were actually looked at??? I also called the service department twice, having to leave a message to get a return call to discuss this issue, and a week later have still not received a call back.
