"Missing Oil Filler Cap!"
While this was a potentially significant lapse (leaving the oil filler cap off after the oil change), they recovered very well. Sent a tow truck, replaced the oil, cleaned the engine compartment and washed the car.

"Repairs "
All repairs that Brandon Hyundai did were corrected by Wesley Chapel Hyundai when I took the car in for an oil change. Plus they didn't see abt oil leaking into the engine. Brandon Hyundai told my wife that and also right side valve cover leaking and it would be over $1,500 to fix. When Welsey Chapel Hyundai didn't see any of those problems with the car.

They did a poor job on the repair of the coolant and then told my wife that the car is leaking oil into the engine when I went to Wesley Chapel Hyundai which I have for years and they are great. I will never ever recommend Brandon Hyundai.

Since they did not bother to contact me, I contacted them but still the same story. They did not even know that their website says 1 year free maintenance when purchasing a new car. I have tried to be patient, but they just don't seem to care if they lose a customer.

"Misleading definition of "maintenance""
Claiming that my new vehicle comes with 1 year of "free" maintenance, then not performing routine maintenance called for in the owners manual unless I pay for it is, to me, a very dishonest way of doing business. Then add that the vehicle, although purchased as a new vehicle, was not maintained according to Hyundai standards while being used as a demo or loaner vehicle by the dealership makes me question the performance of the service department. In the future I will probably travel a greater distance in order to use another Hyundai dealership service department.

"Hyundai Sonata"
I was upset about having a supposed nail in my tire when I've only had the car 6 months and only have 1,500 miles on the car. That's approximately 250 miles per moth. I have only driven the car locally. It bothers me that fixing a flat tire cost me close to $40. And then they couldn't even match up the tire pressure in each tire because they are filled with Nitrogen!!! And that's all I have to say.

In response to request for re-score after my original concerns. No sir, they did not address my issues. I’m a seasonal resident in Florida, that’s why it’s important for my repairs to be right the first time. I was told they did not have an open maintenance slot before I returned home. That’s why I will get my car looked at the next time I’m in state but probably not at Brandon Hyundai.

"Service issues after repair"
I had problems with service on several serviced items. The brake issue was repaired pretty quick. However, the smell of oil or some fluid burning and passenger side air bag light has not. I will probably have them checked and repaired somewhere else.

"Oil change overcharge"
After the initial problem was brought up, all was resolved. The next day I received an e-mail from Dan White and my husband received a call from Mario both letting us know how sorry they were and I will get my next few oil changes for free. Mario then called again to make sure, we have our next oil change scheduled for Saturday. Seems the original service person who helped me never put the Military price on the service contract so the poor tech never knew. Kudos to Dan and Mario for the swiftness in taking care of the issue!

They over charged me for an oil change I showed my military ID to the service person yet they charged me $22.00 instead of $9.95 didn't realize til I got home. They say they have military appreciation well I have my doubts

Dealer reps are knowledgeable about the mechanical aspects of my car, and unlike other dealers I have had bad experiences with, THIS dealer DOES NOT hesitate to do warranty work. LOVE IT! There's fresh coffee in the waiting area and the chairs are actually COMFORTABLE.
