"Great. The service manager communicated with me directly and he did not sugarcoat things to get me to spend more money."
I received a very clear, concise and accurate summary of my car's issues. They recommended a course of action that did not involve them earning more money from me. These guys are the real deal as far as honesty, integrity and fair billing. Try them and you will agree with me that they are a refreshing breath of honesty in the car repair business.

"Bad Battery"
I brought my car in to the shop yesterday morning and the determined that I had a bad battery which was the best case scenario for me. They were able to get the battery covered by my warranty. Brazelton Auto takes care of me and I am once again pleased with the service I was given.

"Availability and helpfulness"
I was amazed that after Hurricane Harvey, you all were so available to my small need of a new battery. Within an hour of my phone call, I had a new one.

"Excellent Customer Service"
I had a dead battery and needed service that day. Brazelton accommodated by picking up my car and returning it with a new battery that morning. This was right before Hurricane Harvey was conning ashore. Thanks for making it easy!

"Great service"
Keith was fantastic. He kept me updated on everything and made sure that I received the items covered by warranty. It was an unanticipated amount that needed to be done to car with a big cost - ugh - but I can know that with Brazelton , it was done correctly.
