Albert said the business is getting very difficult to deal with. He mentioned having to make an appointment ten days out for an oil change that would normally take ten to fifteen minutes. He has had his vehicle serviced at this business for over fifteen years but now no matter what its a long drawn out affair to get anything done. He believes they have lost their way. They used to be a simple, home town business that would take care of the customer, now it's like getting brain surgery. It's overcomplicated and he has had thoughts about finding a different business to go to.
