"Reasonably Priced and Honest"
I like that I can make my appointment online without having to wait to speak to someone. They even text me when my car is done - which is really great when I'm in a meeting at work and can't talk. I never feel like they are taking advantage as the prices are very reasonable and they never try to add on unexpected charges. I have had my car for 10 years and I would love to keep it around for another 10, so I'll keep taking my car here.

"Oh, by the way could you look at this and this and that?"
Yeah I'm that guy the "Mr. By the Way". I talked to Jeff (think it was jeff) Monday afternoon about checking a violent vibration in my Mazda. Dropped it off Tuesday with a list of other shit I neglected to tell Jeff I wanted done. They called me around 2 or 3 said the vibration was a trailing arm but Mazda discontinued the part like a decade ago but they found two and said it would be in Thursday. They completed everything on "Mr. By the Way" list as well. They called Thursday to say they sent the wrong part but they found a used part in Denver and wouls be in Friday. So Friday around 11am Troy (I think) called and said it was ready to go. Very happy with there communication professionalism patience understanding promptness transparency and kindness. Mazda on the other hand is getting letter. Thank you very much guys. Rudy Lind. 4 out of 5 because no option for 4.5.

"Best service in town"
I had to just leave my jeep there unexpectedly because of a huge nail in my tire and it wouldn't keep air. I asked since the tire needed fixing if they could please change my oil as well and that I could leave it there indefinitely, I didn't even expect it to be completed the same day! It was finished by the same afternoon! I was so impressed! Very reasonable, wow, with labor and taxes, it still cost less than I have spent just on an oil change alone at other places in the past!!! I was so happy and appreciative of their commitment to customer satisfaction when I wasn't in any rush! I actually felt really bad for just leaving my jeep there without much notice but knew my tire would be flat if I didn't get it there. I am very, very pleased as always with Broomfield Auto!!
